We ship UPS or United States Postal Service, depending on total weight and destination. We always ship with the least expensive carrier to save you money. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of package. We will ship out a new order. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping. Please keep all packaging associated with the damage item(s). The package will be required for claim processing. We do not accept returns on products without prior approval.

We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please notify us immediately. All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
